High Temperature UNS N06625 Nickel Based Alloy Inconel 625 Wire For Chemical Heating
Features:
- Excellent High-Temperature Strength
- Superior Seawater & Chloride Corrosion Resistance
- Outstanding Pitting & Crevice Corrosion Resistance
- High Fatigue & Thermal-Fatigue Strength
- High Tensile Strength
Description:
Inconel 625 wire resists corrosive attack across wide pH ranges, thanks to its Mo-Nb-Cr synergy. It offers sustained creep-rupture strength and good formability despite its high alloy content. Thermal stability prevents grain growth and embrittlement. The wire stands up to seawater, sour gas, and nitric acid. It is weldable by standard techniques, non-attracting to magnets, and works well in strain-gauge leads and thermocouple sheaths.
