Equipped with advanced testing equipment (laser diameter measuring instrument,optical spectrometer,tensile testers, resistivity tester),we process nickel alloys wire down to 0.01mm(tolerance ±0.001mm). Monthly capacity for 0.025mm ultra thin nicke wire exceeds 500kg.

We provide OEM manufacturing per client drawings and ODM services for custom alloy diameters, and surface coatings. From rapid sample to high‑volume orders, we adjust drawing parameters, die sequences, and heat treatments to meet specific performance needs.
