Cold Drawn N06625 Inconel 625 Ultra Thin Nickel Alloy Wire For Pressure Vessel
Features:
- Excellent High-Temperature Strength
- Superior Seawater & Chloride Corrosion Resistance
- Outstanding Pitting & Crevice Corrosion Resistance
- High Fatigue & Thermal-Fatigue Strength
- High Tensile Strength
Description:
With molybdenum and niobium as key strengtheners, Inconel 625 wire demonstrates outstanding pitting resistance and stress-corrosion cracking tolerance in saline and acidic fluids. Its nickel-rich base ensures stable mechanical response from cryogenic to 980°C. The alloy resists scale formation and maintains surface integrity. Non-magnetic, easily joined by fusion, it is ideal for sensors, springs, and wire-formed seals in aggressive service.
