High Temperature Nickel Based Alloy Wire Inconel 625 Wire For Vessel Fabrication
Features:
- Excellent High-Temperature Strength
- Superior Seawater & Chloride Corrosion Resistance
- Outstanding Pitting & Crevice Corrosion Resistance
- High Fatigue & Thermal-Fatigue Strength
- High Tensile Strength
Description:
Offering superior oxidation shielding and creep resistance, Inconel 625 wire derives its power from a Ni-Cr-Mo matrix with niobium additions. It effectively combats pitting, crevice, and intergranular corrosion in acidic or chloride-laden environments. Mechanical strength stays intact up to high temperatures. This non-ferromagnetic wire is fusion-weldable and compatible with wire-arc additive manufacturing and precision forming operations.
