Description:
Monel wire, with nickel content ranging from 63% to 70% and copper as balance, provides consistent electrical resistivity of approximately 51 µΩ·cm. The alloy exhibits high strength and excellent elongation, with Brinell hardness between 125 and 190. Its microstructure is homogeneous and free from harmful intermetallic phases. The surface is smooth, passivated, and dimensionally accurate.
