Description:
This nickel‑copper alloy monel wire features a low coefficient of thermal expansion and good dimensional stability under thermal cycling. Its modulus of elasticity is 179 GPa. The material is hardened exclusively through cold work, achieving tensile strengths up to 1240 MPa in spring temper. Surface quality is enhanced by multi‑stage drawing, and diameter deviations are minimized to within tight limits.
