Characterized by a nominal composition of 65% nickel and 33% copper, Monel wire delivers consistent physical behavior and excellent corrosion resistance in acidic media. Its tensile strength ranges from 550 to 950 MPa depending on temper. The alloy has a density of 8.84 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1300–1350°C. Grain structure is fine and uniform, ensuring reliable material response.
