This nickel‑copper alloy wire, composed primarily of nickel and copper with controlled iron and manganese additions, provides stable mechanical properties across a broad thermal range. It offers high strength and hardness achievable through cold working. The material exhibits low electrical resistivity and favorable thermal conductivity. Dimensional tolerances are tightly maintained, and the surface is clean and defect‑free.
