Description:
Monel wire is a nickel‑copper solid‑solution alloy with nickel content of 63–70% and copper 28–34%. It exhibits high tensile strength, good ductility, and retains toughness at cryogenic temperatures. The alloy demonstrates excellent resistance to reducing environments and chloride‑induced attack. Electrical resistivity is approximately 51 µΩ·cm. Surface finish is smooth and oxide‑free, with precise diameter control.
