Monel 400 is a Nickel-Copper alloy (approximately 67% Ni, 33% Cu) known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and high strength in harsh environments. Our Monel 400 micro wire is engineered for demanding applications requiring both durability and reliability. The wire achieves tensile strength of 550–950 MPa, significantly higher than pure nickel, while maintaining elongation of up to 40% for good workability.
