Enameled copper micro wire consists of a high-purity copper conductor coated with a thin layer of insulating enamel – typically polyurethane (UEW) or polyester (PEW). The insulation allows tight coils to be wound without short circuits, making it a core material for electromagnetic components. Polyurethane-insulated wire offers direct solderability (no stripping required), while polyester variants provide higher mechanical strength. The wire is precision-drawn and annealed for improved ductility, with tight diameter tolerances ensuring consistent performance. Available in thermal classes from 130°C to 220°C, it meets IEC, NEMA, and GB standards
