The 0.025mm pure nickel micro wire is an ultra-fine conductor designed for precision applications where space is extremely limited. At just 25µm in diameter (approximately 50 AWG), it is thinner than a human hair yet maintains excellent tensile strength of 400–500 MPa. Manufactured from Nickel 201 with ≥99.9% purity, the wire is supplied in an annealed soft temper, offering elongation over 35% – allowing it to be bent, knotted, or woven without breaking.
Electrically, it provides stable resistivity of 9.6 μΩ·cm (≈195 Ω/m), making it ideal for micro-sensors, precision coils, medical guidewires, and battery tab welding. The bright, oxide-free surface ensures clean soldering and reliable spot welding.
